Trainers
Ray Hodge, is Nationally Certified by ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) over 13 years. His fitness pursuits began as a personal passion and hobby, as he also had a successful 10+ year career in Engineering and Management with several local companies. He eventually decided to follow his heart and began working exclusively in the health and fitness field. His clients range from housewives, to competitive cyclists, and tri-athletes. He has also been a competitive body builder for the last 7 years.
In his most recent contest, Ray won the lightweight class of the 2009 NPC Tri-State Figure, Bikini, and Bodybuilding Championships. Photo 1 Photo 2
Aaron Clark, earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Bowling Green State University. He first gained an interest in exercise while competing in athletics in high school and has made it his passion since then. Aaron has a background in biomechanics, kinesiology, and sport conditioning. He has experience working with all age groups ranging from 7 years up to 65 years of age. Some of his clients have included middle school athletes, as well as high school/college athletes. Aaron enjoys working with any individual who wants to become healthy and fit. In his free time, he enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
Josie Lahr PT, CYT, has a background in Physical Education from Kent State and has taught all grades for 17 years. In 1996 she got certified by ACE as a Personal Trainer and began working professionally in fitness. Since then she has also become certified in aquatics, group fitness, and yoga. She has come to specialize in therapeutic exercise both pre- and post-rehab and enjoys working with clients with special challenges. Josie shares her passion for fitness in classes such as: yoga, chair yoga, water aerobics, aqua yoga, group fitness classes for seniors, boot-camps and suspension training. In her 15 years as a trainer, Josie has learned to really listen to the needs of her clients and students adapting their programs in a safe, fun and effective way. She is experienced and loves what she does and it really shows.
Body Therapists
Nakisha Hines, is a Massage Therapist, licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board since 2009. She employs many modalities including Swedish Massage, Pre and Post Event Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release. She has worked with some of Cleveland's elite players from the professional sports arena, political pundits and top executives to stay at home moms looking to de-stress.
Nakisha's continued educational pursuits include extensive training in Buffalo, NY as a Holistic Health Consultant. She feels that massage, along with proper diet and exercise is an integral part of fitness to maintain optimal health, increase performance potential, reduce the chance of injury, and allow for balanced living.
Isis Chen Lan Lum, has been a Licensed Acupuncturist for over 24 years and specializes in Five Element diagnosis and treatment, “Hit Medicine” (special treatments for injuries sustained by martial artists), and Hara (abdominal) bodywork. Her core principle is to teach self-care and self-balancing skills to patients, including but not limited to: dietary modifications, daily exercise, relaxation techniques, acupressure and/or nutritional and herbal supplements. Since 1987 Isis has held the accreditation of Diplomate of Acupuncture from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
Group Instructors

Amanda Noblett, Certified Group Fitness and Pilates Instructor, has been working in the industry since 2007. She first became interested in Pilates as a way to help her reach her own fitness goals. After trying the work, it made such an impact on her that she decided to change careers. Amanda is now a member of the Pilates Method Alliance and certified with AFAA. In harmony with classical Pilates training, she has undergone a comprehensive study of the work including Prenatal Pilates, Hypermobility and Scoliosis Management, as well as Breast Cancer Rehabilitation Pilates course work.
Lindsey Morton, graduated from The University of Dayton with an Intervention Specialist degree. After graduation, she taught Special Education for middle school age children in Washington, DC and continued her work in 2010 working with adults in the greater Cleveland area. Lindsey first started practicing yoga to help minimize the stress from her full-time job. She fell in love with yoga and all the benefits gained from the practice (both physically and mentally) that she decided to further her knowledge and practice by becoming a certified teacher in the summer of 2010. She is a certified power Vinyasa Flow instructor and instructs throughout the Cleveland area.

Tiiu Gennert, is certified as a Sivananda Hatha Yoga Instructor (Yoga Acharya, Master of Yoga, M.Y.) and a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 Hour Level. She is also trained and certified in methods of deep relaxation, meditation, and adapting yoga to life threatening illnesses such as heart disease and cancer. Tiiu has been practicing yoga since 1997 when a close friend in law school inspired her to explore the benefits of yoga.
Liz Bollini, is an Independent Team Beachbody Coach. Fitness has been a vital part of her life for close to 10 years. It wasn’t until recently that she found her passion in helping others reach their fitness goals and help guide them into leading a healthy lifestyle that they can live with day in and day out. As an Independent Team Beachbody Coach she helps others find success both on a fitness and financial level. Liz is also a certified TurboKick Instructor through Powder Blue Productions as well. When she isn’t busy inspiring and motivating others to reach their fitness goals, she can be found spending time with her husband and 2 children enjoying the outdoors.
Holistic Nutritionist
Alissa Glenn, is a certified holistic Health and Nutrition Coach and the President of Eat Happy, LLC. Combining her passions for delicious food and optimal wellness she has created unique, customized services that enable others to live their best lives possible through healthy food and lifestyle choices.
As a Health and Nutrition Coach, Alissa works with busy professionals who are ready to have more energy, improve their diet in delicious and convenient ways, reduce stress and anxiety, feel and look better, and enjoy their daily lives more. Through one-on-one coaching sessions, Alissa supports her clients in setting and accomplishing goals, exploring new healing foods, understanding and reducing cravings, increasing energy, and making other improvements to their quality of life.
Alissa also leads corporate workshops on nutrition and wellness, publishes an online dinner-planning service called No Plan Meal Plan, conducts healthy cooking courses, and is an advocate for locally grown produce.
Alissa received her nutrition training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from Case Western Reserve University and a Masters of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
